Bio

Dr. Ferrucci specializes in general optometry, contact lens fitting, and pre and post-operative care. He earned his doctorate of optometry and master’s in vision science from the New England College of Optometry and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in physics at the University of Rhode Island, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Ferrucci provided comprehensive and low vision exams at Greater Milford Eye Associates, where he previously worked as a licensed optometrist. Prior to that, he completed externships at a variety of diverse practice modalities throughout the Boston area including the Perkins School for the Blind in Watertown, On-Sight Mobile Vision Clinic in Boston, and the Elder Service Plan Home Health Care in Mattapan. In addition, he participates annually in the Special Olympics Opening Eyes program. Dr. Ferrucci has a passion for creating 3D animation and has developed scientific animations for college level textbooks. He enjoys hiking in the White Mountains, Disney/Pixar films, and reading Tolkien novels.
