Bio

Dr. Murray was born and raised on Cape Cod where she attended Falmouth Academy in its’ first years of existence and graduated from The Story Brook School on Long Island where she spent her senior year.  She then attended Messiah College in Pennsylvania where she studied Biology earning her BA in 1986.  Upon graduation she was trained and employed as a licensed optician for many years both dispensing and fabricating eyeglasses.  She earned her Doctorate in Optometry in 2007 at the age of 43 from The New England College of Optometry.

Dr. Murray now enjoys working with Dr. Oats at OCB’s Cape Cod locations and is busy raising her three children. Her greatest joy is spending time with her family, but also has a love for sailing, skiing, gardening and is an avid runner. She is proud to serve as a Captain in the Air National Guard.
